Nine year old Erin, beneficiary of The Joshua Tree has taken on an incredible challenge fundraise for the charity following the support she received throughout her gruelling illness.

Erin has been dealing with leukaemia and the complications associated with it since the age of two and after she relapsed in 2016, she had to undergo a life saving bone marrow transplant.

Although she owes her life to the transplant, it left Erin with Graft Verses Host Disease which affects her joints and skin, and daily exercise is the only thing that helps it.

With that in mind Erin has decided to push her exercise regime a little further and do her bit for The Joshua Tree at the same time.

"They help my family with counselling sessions, and I get lots of support through play therapy and having lots of fun. I want to support The Joshua Tree through this unprecedented time. To do this I am going to push my exercise sessions a bit further and cycle 5k a day on my exercise bike for 5 days!

Please support Erin and families affected by childhood cancers and give what you can donate here.
