The new Joshua Tree Support Centre building was officially handed over to the charity in early February from John Turner Construction.
The exciting step takes the new support centre ever closer to completion and now allows for the final stages of decorating and landscaping to commence, ensuring we are set to welcome the families we support affected by childhood cancers.
Thanks to Lewis Decorators, O’Connor Painting and Decorating and Skillhaus Decorating Services for their generous support so far in applying the first coats of paint in preparation for the imminent office move.
The exterior of the support centre has seen some transformation in recent weeks too! The ground works for the children’s play area, supplied by Sutcliffe Play, has been completed and the summer house, provided by Cheshire Sheds, Blakemere and funded by Tesco Bags of Help grant, has been installed in the centre of our outside playground to provide a sheltered environment for children's play, adult relaxation, and informal counselling.
