Richard joined The Joshua Tree as CEO in November 2021, bringing extensive experience from the charity and public sectors. His career began as a Playworker in North Wales, leading to roles in play development, adventure playground management, and charity income generation. Passionate about collaboration and advocacy, he is committed to supporting families affected by childhood cancers and driving the charity forward to increase support.
