The Joshua Tree Announces Exciting Charity Partnership with 1874 Northwich FC

Local children’s cancer charity The Joshua Tree is thrilled to announce an official charity partnership with community-focused football club 1874 Northwich FC.

The partnership will span the upcoming football season and includes a variety of fundraising activities hosted by the club in support of The Joshua Tree. In addition, families supported by the charity will have the opportunity to attend matches and enjoy the atmosphere at the Creative Hut Stadium.

“This partnership is a fantastic opportunity to raise essential funds and awareness for our work supporting families affected by childhood cancers,” said Kevin Harmer, Regional Community Fundraiser from The Joshua Tree Charity. “We’re so grateful to 1874 Northwich for opening their doors and hearts to our community.”

1874 Northwich are equally enthusiastic about the collaboration, with Phil Burgess, Community Officer from 1874 Northwich FC adding, “We’re proud to stand alongside The Joshua Tree and contribute to the incredible work they do. Football has the power to bring people together, and we’re honoured to be part of that journey.”

The partnership exemplifies a strong local commitment to community support, family wellbeing, and making a real difference where it matters most.
