The Story of The Joshua Tree
Supporting the emotional health and wellbeing of families affected by childhood cancers.
Helping families feel stronger, physically, emotionally, and together.
We provide 1:1 personal training and bootcamp-style group sessions for teens and adults. Whether you’re a young person rebuilding strength post-treatment or a parent looking to focus on your own health, our sessions are safe, supportive, and individually adapted.
Delivered by experienced professionals, our evidence-based programmes take into account the effects of treatment including fatigue, reduced mobility, cardiovascular concerns, and immune system sensitivity.
Every plan is personalised, reflecting each individual’s treatment history, current health, and recovery goals.
Treatment side effects can impact appetite, taste, digestion, and eating habits, leading to challenges with nutrition and self-esteem, especially for children and young people.
Our dedicated nutritional adviser works with families to support healthy, balanced eating in a practical and non-judgemental way.
Whether it’s building confidence around food or developing informed food plans to support recovery and wellbeing, we’re here to help your family feel supported.
