The Story of The Joshua Tree
Supporting the emotional health and wellbeing of families affected by childhood cancers.
When you take time to care for yourself, you’re better equipped to support your loved ones with strength, clarity, and resilience.
Facing childhood cancer brings ongoing stress, worry, and emotional exhaustion. By focusing on emotional wellbeing, we help families build the resilience they need to navigate difficult days and celebrate brighter ones.
Our wellbeing services are designed to support:
We offer a range of wellbeing sessions designed to help adults relax, reset, and feel supported by others who understand.
We offer regular weekly wellbeing sessions at both our Cheshire and North Wales Support Centres. These sessions give individuals the opportunity to book one of our 1:1 holistic therapies, enjoy refreshments, and connect with others in a welcoming space.
We also run group events including sound baths, Pilates, arts & crafts wellbeing evenings and much more!
All our therapy sessions are completely free of charge, because your wellbeing matters.
Whether you’re a parent, grandparent, or young adult from a family affected by childhood cancer, our range of therapies is here to support you.
Some treatments, like reflexology, are gentle enough to benefit children too.
Available at both our Cheshire and North Wales Support Centres, these complementary therapies offer calm, restorative support for both body and mind.
