What a great time the families visiting The Joshua Tree Support Centre had enjoying a bit of fresh air on a beautiful sunny day and getting close to nature, giving back to the wonderful planet beneath our feet during our earth day event.
All our families were busy planting seasonal seeds and herbs, embarking on a journey into the woods and introducing themselves to bugs, creepy-crawlies, critters, and wiggly worms. Together we whipped up mud pies in our outdoor kitchen and built a new insect hotel within our earth sensory garden. With heaps of creativity and imagination, recycling at its best transformed scraps into wonderful structures.
