At The Joshua Tree, we really believe in enjoying the moment and taking time to create lasting memories. This February half term, we had a great time welcoming families to our support centre for more memory making!

All our families had a great time at our yummy pizza party! There's something special and extra tasty about making your own pizza. Huge thanks Giuseppe and Caroline from The Lion and Swan for volunteering their time and resources to make sure everyone had a delicious pizza! Also, to Morrisons for donating the produce for the yummy toppings!

Our pottery painting event allowed families to slow down and embrace peaceful moments together. Families came together, putting aside their busy lives to have fun and get creative. It was brilliant to see everyone, young and old, enjoying creating beautifully painted pottery for a forever keepsake.

Our families in Wales had a fantastic time at our cycling event, or in the words of one of the children, "I haven't had a good time- I've had a brilliant time!"

Thank you very much to Ryan Morley Cycling and Marsh Tracks Rhyl for such a fun filled event.
We were even lucky with the beautiful weather!

It was so lovely to see so many smiling faces (and very rosy cheeks by the end).

Looking back on the week, we're so grateful for the memories made, the laughs shared, and the sense of togetherness. These events aren't just for the children diagnosed – they're a chance for parents, grandparents, and siblings to relax, connect, and feel supported.

Here's to many more moments of peace, creativity, and connection here at The Joshua Tree.
