The Story of The Joshua Tree
Supporting the emotional health and wellbeing of families affected by childhood cancers.
Join #TeamJoshuaTree on Sunday 24th May 2026 for an adrenaline-filled, free-to-attend day as teams race downhill from Ford Lane, tackling tight turns and speeding towards the finish line in front of up to 20,000 cheering spectators.
The event village at Brooklands will be buzzing with activity throughout the day, featuring local food vendors, family-friendly entertainment and a giant screen, making it the perfect spot to enjoy a picnic while catching every twist, turn and spectacular crash.
Over the last five years, Krazy Races has raised an incredible £250,000+ for charities, and we’re proud to be Headline Charity for this years much-loved community event.
We’re delighted to confirm that Middlewich Machinery will be racing on the day and raising funds for The Joshua Tree.
We’re also inviting more local businesses, community groups, and families supported by The Joshua Tree to get involved and support our charity. We’ve been gifted two free karts, creating exciting opportunities to build a Krazy Kart, enter a team, and raise sponsorship while taking part in the action on the day.

Brave amateur teams will compete for Best Performance, Best Design, and Fastest Kart, with the top 10 teams racing head-to-head in a thrilling knockout finale to claim the winner’s trophy.
This unforgettable event celebrates community spirit, creativity and fun, all while helping to raise funds to support families affected by childhood cancers.
